These two website directories include lists of fishing charter boats and head boats operating in the Chesapeake Bay area. There are lots of charter captains out there who can take you out for a fun and productive day of fishing on the Bay. 

When you visit the website, the closest charters are in Deale or Galesville (under 10 minutes away from Butterfly Fields).

The Herrington Harbour Sailing Association is dedicated to promoting sailing in Herrington Bay.  Visit their website for their complete listing of races,  social and cruising events.

"Woodwind" sails up to four times daily throughout our summer season. Each trip is unique. All cruises sail by the United States Naval Academy and then into the Chesapeake Bay. Sailing under the Chesapeake Bay Bridge is a fabulous experience as are the breathtaking sunsets over the historic Annapolis skyline.
