	Butterfly Fields Bed and Breakfast, a Maryland B&B, is pleased to offer you a choice of 3 rooms when booking your stay for your next visit to the Annapolis, Washington DC, Baltimore or Chesapeake Bay area. Our country inn accommodations are just 20 minutes from our nation's capital, and are a welcomed alternative to typical hotel lodging when visiting our lovely state of Maryland. We have a firm No Smoking policy and would like to share our beautiful setting in nature with those that respect our feelings against smoking. Smoking is not permitted on the entire property.

			In addition to the shampoos and amenities available in most B&Bs, Lynda also makes and sells homemade soap. Ask the innkeeper about adding some of her wonderful soap to your stay. 	Butterfly Fields offers: 3 rooms on ground level, accessible without climbing stairs. The house is centrally air conditioned. Each of our rooms have a private bath. Please call or click here for availability. Each room features a queen sized bed with a luxurious pillow top mattresses. All of our rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, forced air heating, and central air conditioning. All rooms are set up to accommodate two (2) persons. For accommodations beyond double occupancy, please contact the innkeeper for rates and availability. Due to the fact that Butterfly Fields is a working farm property that strives to maintain a quiet, serene environment, we are not set up to easily accommodate children. Please speak with the innkeeper if you are traveling with a child. Rates are for double occupancy and include a large farm breakfast. Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include tax. Our rooms with private baths are $175 a night. Checking In and Out Check-in time is between 4:30 and 8:30 p.m. on day of reservation. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please remember that a bed and breakfast innkeeper must maintain a strict schedule to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. Special check-in/out times must be arranged in advance with the innkeeper.
